Telehealth appointments are offered to patients located in Washington State, USA at the time of the visit. Appointment times are shown in Pacific Time.
Not for emergencies
Telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
Clinical judgement
Consultations, ongoing care, referrals and medical certificates are provided only where clinically appropriate. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a particular outcome or document. Certain medications cannot be provided via telehealth.
Booking, changes and no-shows
Please arrive on time for your visit and let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. You can do this online with your reference number and email, or by calling +1 (425) 250-8334 during opening hours.
SMS messaging terms
By checking the optional SMS consent box when booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Life Link Health Care at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and cancellation notices. Consent is not a condition of purchase or care.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; after you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, call +1 (425) 250-8334, or email info@lifelink4us.com. You may also continue to receive non-SMS communications about your care when appropriate.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers solely as necessary to deliver the messages you requested. Insurance and payment
Coverage depends on your individual plan and benefits. Any carrier information you provide is used to verify eligibility. If your plan does not cover a service, our team will discuss the options with you before the visit where possible.
