Not for emergencies
Telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
Clinical judgement
Consultations, prescriptions, referrals and medical certificates are provided only where clinically appropriate. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a particular outcome, prescription or document. Certain medications cannot be prescribed via telehealth.
Booking, changes and no-shows

Insurance and payment
Coverage depends on your individual plan and benefits. Any carrier information you provide is used to verify eligibility. If your plan does not cover a service, our team will discuss the options with you before the visit where possible.
