I proudly serve as an internal medicine specialist committed to providing comprehensive, consistent, and compassionate care for each of my patients. With more than 15 years of experience, In my practice, providing preventive care and managing patients with both acute and chronic conditions are my primary focus areas. I possess specialized expertise in treating high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, diabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity. Through robust communication and shared decision-making, I empower patients to become active participants in their own health journey. My patient-centered, holistic approach ensures that every individual feels heard and supported with promotion of overall wellness. I am trained to care for adult patients no matter where they are in their health journey. I can help to keep you healthy and prevent problems down the road, or I can solve problems you may be dealing with, even if they feel like medical mysteries. To do this, it is important to me that patients feel comfortable and know that I am on their side working for them so that together we can meet their health goals.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am strongly committed to medical education and academic scholarship. I continually invest in maintaining current, evidence-based clinical knowledge and advancing my skills as a physician-educator. I am currently pursuing a Fellowship in Hospital Medicine with the University of North Dakota. Prior to this, I held faculty appointments as an Assistant Professor at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I taught and mentored medical students across multiple stages of training.
